In February of 2001, Michael Feeney was asked to find a solution to the liability insurance crisis facing long term care communities. The solution was HealthCap^®, an insurer solely dedicated to senior care communities. With strong financial stewardship, HealthCap^® has built a sustainable insurance vehicle writing over $800m in senior care liability premium, one of the largest commitments in the insurance industry to senior care.
