Facilities Giving Back to Their Communities

During this time, we have heard numerous stories about ways neighboring communities have rallied together to support long term care facilities. Highland Park Assisted Living recently decided to return the favor and wanted to share their story!

Enlisting the help of their residents and using supplies they had on hand, staff came up with a way they could give back to their community. They cut up old jeans into strips and worked together to braid dog toys for their local dog pound. What a great idea!
