PDPM and you

With the implementation of PDPM in SNFs, questions, concerns and job security are being discussed by skilled therapists and rightfully so! In this article from AOTA, PDPM concerns are discussed along with responses to questions regarding facility operations/protocols.

Remember, PDPM does not dictate how you run your center, how services are provided or what positions are maintained or eliminated. If you are struggling with implementation please reach out and get assistance.

Everyone on your team has an important role to play in the care of your residents. Tread carefully, take time to evaluate systems and then make educated decisions. Good luck and let us know how you are doing!
