Extended Care Clinical

Navigating this pandemic takes a village for those in long-term care, and the staff at Extended Care Clinical has taken an all-hands-on-deck approach that has proven their dedication to providing quality care. Their CEO reached out to us to have the consultation team recognized for their tenacity!

I would like to nominate the staff of Extended Care Clinical. Surely, the staff of all Nursing Homes in the ECC family are heroes and should be lauded; however, what can be missed are the consultants of our facilities. Extended Care was the first Illinois Nursing Home to have a COVID outbreak. It started ironically on Friday, March 13th. The staff of Extended Care Clinical dug in and dug in deep doing whatever was necessary to ensure we helped the facility staff provide the best care and services that we could give, knowing the virus had a choke hold on residents and staff alike. Whether the consulting staff were Nurses, Marketers, or Administrative, everyone filled in where they could. As rough as it was, they stepped up to the plate to make a difference in the lives of the residents we serve. All of them should stand tall and be proud of the work they did, the commitment they had, the service they gave. As the CEO of Extended Care, I cannot imagine a better team to lead or what our lives would be like without these consultant heroes.

CEO of Extended Care

It is heroes like the ones at Extended Care Clinical who demonstrate the selfless character of those in the long term care industry. HealthCap thanks all of the staff at Extended Care for stepping up to the plate and being the difference for their residents!
