As facilities get closer to opening up and accepting new admissions, it’s important to be attentive to the fact that their congregate nature and population served already puts them at a high risk of COVID-19 spreading and affecting residents. Facilities must be careful in their admission process, and consider many different aspects of opening up during the pandemic.
